Ok I bought a pair of Muck Boots for $89. These boots hold up good. You can get them in all different heights and makes. Not really made for hot weather hunting but did wear them in 70 degree temps with no problems. They have rubber bottums and neoprene tops so they breath. i just thought you guys might like to hear about them if you don't already know. I think they are great for bird hunting. Water proof and light.

I've looked at these. I'll be interested to hear how they work for a season. Keep us posted.

I got buddies that have used the same pair for 2 years they don't bird hunt but deer, elk and horn hunting. Even hold up when riding 4wheelers alot all the ranchers use them to here. I wouldn't count on them Chukar hunting but will try it once to see.
