Perfect!... I had a guy show me this a few years ago. Where it is required, one wing can be left attached for sex identification, too. I carry game shears for cropping the wings and leg joints.
Only thing is, on a badly damaged/shot up bird, you can pull the wings off before the head and back 'pull through'.

I have seen that before and I tried it. For me after losing a few birds I went back to the way I always did it. I got my birds and it was not all that bad to begin with.....

Yep that is the way I do all mine,....Grouchyolddude is correct if there shot up you have to be careful how you pull and what you stand on.

It works good on Grouse to. Great Video.

I've done it that way and breasted them. The way pictured is easy and quick. I'll second Hillbilly, it can be use don Grouse too.

I have been doing this for a long time. I agree it doesn't work with a busted up wing, and would add that the warmer the bird is the better it works.
