Hello all...  I am getting ready for my annual trip to South Dakota, we will be arriving around the 20th.  I was wondering if most of the crops are out or if they are on there way out.  We will probably be sticking around the Hartford to Mitchell area.  Cannot wait to get out there.  Thanks all...

right now very little harvest going on, mostly soybeans and sunflowers, corn moisture very high slow harvest should be more done when you arrive, I will be there a week ahead of you, 200 miles north. Good luck to you, this will be my first trip to S.D.

We got back on the 5Th. Lots of crops are still in but They were beginning to work 24/7 to get them out as the weather permitted. We hunted the public lands in the greater Pierre area. We hunted hard but still did fairly well.
