i noticed this tumbleweed while on a walk. it had 28 foot circumference. almost 9 foot tall.

 

Holy cow!! I didn't know they ever got nearly that big. You certainly want to stay out of the way of that thing.

i thought i may have found a record specimen. it grew in dirt dredged from lake Maloney. Anyway, i looked up record tumble weed and found one that had been hollowed out and turned into a consession stand.
