    hey looking for a hunting buddy in tri cities wa. i have a nice gsp and we love to hunt upland birds . im kinda of new to the area and been hunting preserves and a little public land but not having to much luck on public ground

    TC,

    I know this is a few months from your post but that has been my experience with some of the public land hunting. 5 years ago quail were plentiful but it has been a tougher time in the last few years. Pheasant have been seen more, but that is likely due to the planting done by the state. I live in the tri cities and run setters. If you're looking to get out this season, I'm always up for a hunt. I do a hunt club in Ellensburg to get the dogs out and train but hit as much public land as I can.

    Im new to upland hunting. I have 2 GSP and have trained them myself. Sofar we have brought back 4 birds. Im lovin it.

    Thats great I am still releasaing at Fort Lewis and hunting behind my 9 year old golden have about 25 birds so far this year.

    Hi guy,s i live in bc canada and hunt upland birds in osoyoos and oliver bc but are season end,s on nov 30th  and was thinking of hunting in your state around orville or nighthalk as the border is around 5 minutes from osoyoos.Wood  like to now what the hunting is like in the area and what kind of birds there are to hunt thanks johnnybc p.s. willing to show areas to hunt in bc for help or anyone that want to try hunting in canada for upland  quail,huhs,pheasant,and chuker thanks again.
