    How do you add an avatar (picture) tp your profile.  What size is the file and what is the format?

    Hey ggburke - to get your profile photo up - click on your name in the upper right -- just below the menu bar - to go to your account page.

    Then off to the right you should see "Edit Profile" --- in there is where you can upload your photo. I don't know the size restriction - but as long as it's not fresh off a camera - it should be alright.
