hows everyones fishing been. over the past few weeks ive been cathing alot of 1-3 pound bass but nothing bigger and had one nice pickerel today that cut the line with its teeth, i had it over land but it hit the land and flopped its way to the water before i could move, kinda upsetting but caught 15-20 fish so it wasnt that bad. |

I go fishing every time I walk past the seafood counter at the grocery store. It all looks purdy sittin on that ice. And I can always come home with something too. |

Yes, it can Llew, I love it, but I love hunting more. What species of fish is your favorite?.....Bob |

definitely largemouth bass! they put up an awesome fight and its always scary when they start heading for the reeds and ure fighting to get em away. but i am really starting to like pickeral although i've only caught one this summer. i am really not to gud at catching them. i try to catch em and it never really works out. i know they are in the area i am fishing because other people catch em all the time. bluegill are really fun but definitely far from my favorite. i havent caught any catfish this summer but havent really fished for em, but my brother caught 3 or 4 nice sized catfish in about half an hour 3 weeks ago. they put up a good fight. |

No, I would never rub in the fact that I shot 2 grouse this last weekend. Never in a million years.
Also, it's been a long time since I heard the name "pickerel". We used to go for the walleye in Lake Erie growing up, spent many a summer day on a boat with the parents and grandparents. It's part of the reason that I am looking to take up flyfishing next summer. |

Pics We've only got like 20 or so done more chasing them killing. Lots of dog work but I have to get the wife to put the pics on and she has been busy. Llew I got some really nice fox red lab pups and a big litter of GSP's. I know how you love them labs. |
