Hi Willie- Head up to the Chippewa National Forest. Numbers are expected to be down this year but we always have good luck. There was a pretty bad storm that rolled through their this summer and a lot of the logging roads have trees down over them. This should help cut down on the road hunting.

The Big Fish Supper Club- http://bigfishsupperclub.com/ is right in the middle of the national forest and has inexpensive cabins. When you get there ask for Al, he'll point you to the birds.
