Well the time has finally come for me to get back into the Pennsylvania hardwoods and I am ready to go, this has been the slowest week of work I have ever had.  I guess it doesn't help that I am counting down the hours until I can climb up that big oak tree and sit in my Summit all day.  Does anyone out there have a Big Buck Down already or when does your season start in your state?

Good luck to all bow hunters out there!

    Hillbilly,
I know your son got a buck this year, did you guys get any more deer down? Are you hunting for elk, mullies or both?

My middle son has the rifle deer tag (mulies) My oldest cared more about grouse then elk during bow season. I got a buddie coming up to rifle elk hunt in November. I had a bow deer tag to but My son gets it from me and I cared more about grouse and pointing dogs. Good Luck.
