    I was just wandering how everyone got started in dog training and what do most of you train your dog for.

    House pet/Gun dog

    Train to compete in Hunt test

    Train to compete in Field Trials

    or all the above

    You forgot "Other". I train my dog to be a good hunter/ field dog, the way I want him/her to hunt. Be a good companion to me and my wife. Which he is I cannot complain on how this turned out.......Bob
