Regal Air up here in Alaska does unguided salmon and rainbow fishing  charters for $230. per person.  They'll drop you at the best wilderness fishing adventure. 

They are in range to fish: Grayling, Northern Pike, Arctic Char, Rainbow Trout, Sockeyes and Kings (Kings were really down this year, though)
