Brian your statement of being shape, "being a luxury," I think is pure laziness. I find being in shape for what I love most hunting, has many side benefits. I can do things/work where muscles should be sore, but being in shape I don't get them either. If you are so busy you cannot devote 20-30 minutes a day to getting and keeping in shape. You are far, far to busy...........Bob

Brian, I'm guessing your comment was a joke. I still remember the days of being bulletproof and not having to worry about putting on weight. Unfortunately age and metabolism (or the lack there of) caught up to me. Now I'm working to take it off. Keep the humor, lose the weight.
