Snake breaking isn't that hard you tie a snake to a pole and shock the dog off them. Never used the Red Rock but know guys that do. Don't know if it works because their dogs never get bit. Were I guided at they just shot the dog full of pennecilin and benedryl. When I had a dog bit I just gave him benedryl and asprin.

I don't personally do it but I called a buddy that has went to the class and he said they used just a bull snake so I don't think it matters. What I do know is that a dog can smell the snake. I seen dogs go around them or just stop and redirect in a different direction. The Red Rock stuff is a series of shot I think 3 the down side is how do you know if it works. The folks a Yellow Rose kennels in Texas know alot of stuff on this issue and you could probably just give them a ring and they'd point you in the right direction. If you haven't been around rattle snakes before there are 2 things that I tell people first don't shoot a snake when dogs are on the ground second if you here the snake it might be to late. I deal with the for the first 2 weeks of Chukar season and all summer around me house and property.
