My old 28 was a remington sparten and worked great but I'm not sure what I'll get it in this time or maybe I'll by a cz mini bobwhite sxs. Got to get my garmin collars first.

Bob, I can't say I know enough about shooting a 28 ga to give an intelligent answer. I would have to think that since you are hunting behind pointers it would be fine though. I know guys that hunt with a 410 and they can bring down the grouse with them (although I wouldn't recommend it for phez).

Zed, the 11-87 is a solid gun that will give you years of pleasure. Enjoy it.

I love to get another 28, but I can't find one I like at the price I want to pay. I would not own a Turkish made gun if it was given to me.......Bob

A red label in 28 would be nice. But I think if I was going to send some change it will be a Browning Citori Super light feather. I'm going to buy the reloader first so the wife get a good excuse why I'm buying the gun.

If your going to buy a 28 gauge Reloader Hillbilly. You better hang onto those cases you told me about. You will need them, as you know 28 gauge ammo is pricey. When you get the Reloader let me know and I will help you with the loads that are good........Bob
