RIVER CITY KENNELS is a small kennel located in Priceville, Alabama right off Interstate 65. We raise German Shorthairs and English Pointers and use them for quail, running them on a preserve, and have recently started runing NSTRA Field Trials. Our bloodlines include some of the all time greats in the shorthair breed. Lines include Rawhides Clown, PJ Wildfire, Sanjo Sin City Slicker, and General Norman just to name a few. With our English Pointers my goal is to produce a great trial dog that can win on a consistent basis at any venue.
Their lines include Elhew, Honky Tonk Attitude, GoBoy's Shadow, and Fiddler breedings. We generally have one to two litters a year, but our primary focus is working and hunting our dogs. Usually we keep a pup or two from each litter to ensure our breeding program is reaching expectations and then they are added to the kennel or sold as a started dog.
