Hedgerow offers its members Upland Bird Hunting for pheasant and chukar partridge on our 110 acre preserve located in the hills of North Central Massachusetts.
Upland Bird Hunting at Hedgerow is much more than what meets the eye. Our cover and fast flying birds will test your wing shooting skills and challenge even the most experienced dogs. Combine this with the company of good friends and the outdoors to make a perfect upland experience. We offer professional gun dog training and top quality upland bird hunting. Hedgerow offers a perfect balance to training your dog and hunting your dog. We also offer one-on-one and Group Training Sessions. We also offer dog boarding at our 30 run indoor kennel facility. Hedgerow’s upland bird hunting is only available to Hedgerow Hunt Club Members and their guests. We hunt pheasant and chukar partridge on our 110 acre preserve. Our cover consists of several fields, brushy cover and woodlands. Hunting parties are limited to 3 guns. We are allowed to hunt year round, although we only hunt pheasant from early September to early April. We hunt chukar year round depending on bird availability. Hunters must wear blaze orange. A Massachusetts hunting license is required.
