Hunters are unanimous in their opinion that shooting on our preserve is as attractive as shooting birds in the wild. Plus, you have the added advantage of knowing sufficient game is there to fill your game bag. Sportsmen may use their own dogs. Those who have none may enjoy shooting over our trained dogs at a small fee. Hunting is open to the public. We offer two options for hunting on our 120 acres of private fields. Individuals or groups looking to maximize the number of birds they see may want to select the per-gun pricing. If planning an outing of up to 4 guns, we also offer a special group package. Of course you get to decide whether you'd like to hunt the more traditional pheasants or try the challenge of the sleek chukar partridge. Bird dressing is available for a small fee following your hunt. It takes time working with a new dog in the field to get him to hold that perfect point. Some hunters enjoy spending these hours with the dog and find it to be a great part of the overall hunting experience. Not everyone has the time this requires, so we are able to help with that if you prefer. Whether just a puppy who needs a lot of guidance or an older dog who could use some fine tuning, every dog can see improvement.
