At Yellow River Game Farm, hunters have the option of hunting with their own hunting dogs or leasing highly trained hunting dogs with handler. Besides our many fine Labrador Retriever guide dogs, we also have pointers available for hunters who prefer hunting behind a pointer. When the snow flies, bring your snowshoes and head into the field for a unique and exciting winter hunt. Gift certificates make great Christmas and birthday gifts.No license is required, but hunters must be at least 12 years old. For hunters between the ages of 12 and 18, a Hunter Safety Certificate is required. Hunters must wear a blaze orange hat or vest for safety reasons.
