BBQ Dove Breasts
Prep Time: 10-12 hours | Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 2-3
Recipe Instructions:
Cover dove with red wine and bay leaf and let soak for 10-12 hours. Remove from wine and wrap each breast with bacon. Put 3-4 breasts on a skewer and bbq about 10 to 15 minutes. don't over cook
Ingredients:
- 10-12 dove breasts
- Red wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 strip bacon per breast
- Wooden skewers
You can also add savory or other herbs to marinade mixture to suit your taste.
