Grilled Ostrich Fillet
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes | Servings: 1
Only one 6 oz fillet used in recipe. Great with Wild Rice and Mushrooms mix.
Preheat Grill on medium heat.
Rub fillet with oil.
Season both sides.
Grill ostrich 3 to 4 minutes each side until interior temperature is 140 to 145 degrees.

- Seasoning - seasoned salt and pepper blends well
