Mesquite Pheasant Recipe

An excellent meal without a lot of work
Marinade pheasant in Italian dressing overnight. Wrap pheasant with bacon (thicker preferrably) and stuff interior with sliced or whole jalapenos. Smoke pheasant over mesquite wood while glazing bird with italian dressing.
