Dad's Pheasant Salad
Prep Time: 45 minutes | Cooking Time: 45 minutes | Servings 2-4
Recipe Instructions:
Boil pheasant legs 30 to 45 min (when meat falls off bones). Run meat through grinder or mixer add 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste, 1/4 minced onion, 2 stalks minced celery, 1 diced apple, 1 cup miracle whip. Combine all to large bowl. Mix and place on crackers or sandwhich bread. So Good!
