Create Pheasant Habitat with New Pheasants Forever Credit Card -- New U.S. Bank Credit Card Partnership Lucrative for Pheasants
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 20, 2004--Pheasants Forever (PF) has created a new affinity credit card partnership with U.S. Bank. Through the partnership, U.S. Bank will be making a donation to PF each time a new card is activated, and again each and every time that card is used. U.S. Bank has also joined PF as a major sponsor of Pheasant Fest 2005 to be held in Omaha, Nebraska this January.
"The new Pheasant Forever credit card from U.S. Bank should be all pheasant hunters' primary credit card," says Howard Vincent, PF's president and CEO. "Not only is this new PF card great on its own merits of reward points, APR, and assorted perks, but it's the only credit card that will help put pheasant habitat on the ground. This is a great card for anyone and a must for the 2.5 million pheasant hunters across the country." The new cards are available through the PF website at www.pheasantsforever.org.
U.S. Bank will be offering PF members a variety of new credit card products. One of these new products will be a credit card that earns reward points, which can be redeemed for gift certificates, merchandise, cash and travel rewards. Not only does this partnership improve PF's ability to offer members high-quality affinity credit products, but U.S. Bank has also stepped forward in a big financial way as a key corporate partner for the long haul.
"U.S. Bank is excited to partner with Pheasants Forever," explains Tanya Turner, senior vice president of affinity products at U.S. Bank. "U.S. Bank is committed to the excellent conservation work of Pheasants Forever, and we look forward to the opportunities that exist by bringing together the expertise of our two organizations. It is our pleasure to provide valuable card products and services to PF members in support of their mission."
"There is no doubt we've improved our ability to deliver habitat to the ground through this new partnership with U.S. Bank," adds Vincent. "U.S. Bank believes in our mission and they've stepped forward in a big way. In return, I would ask all PF members to consider U.S. Bank's new line of Pheasants Forever credit cards as their new card option - the pheasants will benefit."
