Pheasants Forever plans its annual event for youth hunters Dec. 5 northwest of Hudson.

NORTH ADAMS -- The Lenawee County Chapter of Pheasants Forever will conduct its annual youth hunt on Sunday, Dec. 5, at the Grand View Shooting Preserve. Participants must have a Michigan small game license and be accompanied in the field by a legal guardian. The cost is $20, which must be received by Dec. 1.
The event is limited and fills up quickly. Those wishing to hunt should have their name, age, address and phone number sent to Jack Hill, PF Youth Hunt, 4605 Comfort Rd., Tecumseh, MI 49286. Checks should be made payable to Pheasants Forever.
Grand View is located northwest of Hudson. Participants should take U.S. 127 north out of Hudson to Church Road, turn left, go west to Kelso Road, turn right and continue north until they reach Grand View on the right hand side of the road.
