In the fal at Hide A Way Camp, pheasant hunting dominates the prairie scene. The peak pheasant-hunting season runs from October through December. The camp also offers 5,000 privately owned acres on which to hunt ring-necked pheasant or grouse. Each day you will have approximately 300-600 acres for your selective hunting. Each day you will have a different area to hunt. Hunting dogs are a necessity here. We have outside kennels. Orange caps are not required, but strongly recommended.
