The Palomar Hunt Club is located in San Diego County about 30 miles east of Interstate 15 just south of Temecula. You can spend the day shooting Chukarr, Pheasant, and Quail. Shooting season is from September 1st through May 1st.
Palomar Hunt Club was formed with the intent of provideing a wild style shoot of pheasant, chukar and bobwhite quail. We take great pride in the condition of our fields as well as the condition of our sporting birds. Even though we are a annual membership club we do provide a daily hunt service for non-members. Local handlers with dogs are available for hire by individual or group appointments. Be sure to visit our onsite rules page as well as other information on our website to better understand what is available to PHC patrons.
There are 3 distinct birds that our hunting packages include. First and most popular is the Pheasant. Second, is the Chukar, or partridge a fast and agile bird presents a great challenge to the most experienced hunter. Finally we have the Quail, small, agile and very quick to fly and is the most challenging shot for almost all hunters. All of the birds are avaiable for individual purchase as well as hunting package purchases. Please vist our website for more information and membership pricing. We here at Palomar thank you for your time and hope to see you soon.
