Battle Creek Outfitters has been in operation and providing professional guide services for over 12 years. Our big game hunts primarily take place on private ranches, however we have now increased our hunting area to include parts of the Ochoco National Forest Service as well. We take pride in our operation and the fact that 70% of our clients come back each year, some hunting with us for over 6 years.

Oregon's big game hunting may well be one of the best kept secrets in the US, with the second largest elk herd in the US numbering over an estimated 125,000 animals (second only to Colorado), and our mule deer population on the increase with numbers estimated at over 250,000 animals.

Steve and Mike along with their guides believe that their hunters needs and comforts are a major priority and obey all game laws and hunt only under " fair chase".

Most of our the private land hunts are equipped with cabins and tent camps are in place for the lands that do not have cabins.
