Arizona Game and Fish Department Clay Target Center at Ben Avery Shooting Facility
The Ben Avery Clay Target Center is a public shotgun-shooting facility in north Phoenix, owned by the Arizona Game and Fish Commission and operated by the Arizona Game and Fish Department. It is located on the grounds of the Ben Avery Shooting Facility, the largest public-operated recreational shooting facility in the country. Clay Target Center renovation
The department assumed operation of the Clay Target Center from a private operator on Sept. 20, 2006, and is making extensive renovations to the facility to better serve our shooting sports community. | Picacho Sporting Clays is located between Phoenix and Tucson. The course was designed by world renowned course designer, Raymond Formam, using his exclusive, fully automated system.
Forman is the inventor of the 5-stand with the computerized BirdBrain system.

Then come on up and join us! We offer for your enjoyment two Skeet Fields, one Wobble Trap Field, two Trap Fields, and one Doubles Trap Field. All Trap Fields are "Voice Actuated". Our 5 Stand, 8 Trap Field will prove challenging. We also have a 25-yard Pistol Range which, for reasons of liability, is restricted to members only. The PRESCOTT TRAP AND SKEET CLUB is located about 60 minutes north of Phoenix and about 25 minutes east of historic downtown Prescott. We're a Membership Club that is open year-round, but visitors are always warmly welcomed with a friendly Western "HOWDY"! | |

| We have a 10 station walk-thru Sporting Clay Course, 13 program Trap fields including an international wobble trap field, auto-doubles fields, 5 Skeet fields and a Five-Stand Sporting Clays Field. All of our fields are fully lighted, except the walk-thru Sporting Clays Course. Once a month we have a BLAST with our monthly Fun Shoot! Our program usually consists of 100 targets of varying games...... Each month it's a little different, but always includes a 5-Stand of sorts! "Wild" Skeet, 5-Stand, Scrap, Wobble Trap, Handicap Trap, Sliders, Pyramid Skeet, Trap Doubles, Skeet Doubles, Triples, Mini Trap, and others!
For the Summer Months - We have our monthly shoot at night. We kick off the night with a barbeque for the shooters and then we turn on the lights and have a "blast"

| The Rio Salado Sportsman's Club operates and maintains the Usery Mountain Shooting Range. The range is located at 3960 N Usery Pass Road, in Mesa. This is 7 miles north of Highway 60 (Ellsworth Road Exit).The Sporting Clays course is open to members and the public Friday thru Monday. Call the range in advance to set up a time so that the range staff will be ready for you. This will also assure range availability.
Members who are certified on the course may use it anytime during regular range hours. If you are interested in being certified contact the range manager.
