At Broxton Bridge you can shoot one of four sporting clays courses ( 25 shots each), or all four courses for 100 targets.One course is named the "Dan Carlisle" after the champion shooter who designed it. The 65 foot tower, the one used in the Continential Shoots, offers a variety of shots, including some that simulate mallards "settling in" around the decoys and other shots similar to dove shooting. In addition to being a great way to "fine tune" your shooting eye, Sporting Clays is a great way to spend 2 hours between other hunts that you might have scheduled in the morning and afternoon. |

| Corporate outings are our specialty. Both novice and experienced shooters will find Back 40 Wing & Clay has a course second to none. A Certified Level 11 instructor is available for individuals or groups to help make your round fun and productive, whether it's your first or your 100th. We offer ten stations of challenging targets that will bring out the best in our more experienced shooters. However, we do offer a short course for beginners to help build confidence and improve their skill level. Targets are challenging, but we do not present unrealistic small windows of opportunity to hit our targets. We do not play mind games with our shooters, yet targets are not always as easy as they look, as range and angulations can be deceiving. |

| Our Gun Club is located on a 100-acre tract of prime hardwood land and rolling hills. Ideal for America’s fastest growing shotgun sport, sporting clays can be shot as a 50 or 100 target round. Trap configurations are changed with regularity to keep the target presentation fresh and challenging. The gun club is open year round to members and to the public. At Harris Springs, we are especially interested in our youth, ladies and novice shooters. We are happy to assist all beginners in safety and shotgun instructions and we will do this at no additional cost on your first visit. |
