W.G.P.A will Sponsor Youth Activity this Spring

The Wisconsin Outdoor Alliance is an organization committed to the education and development of young hunters. This is a beneficial organization to Wisconsin and its rich hunting traditions. This organization is putting on a youth Expo during the spring of 2006.

The Wisconsin Outdoor Education Exposition will be held in May of 2006 in Beaver Dam. This event will include youngsters from around the state, more specifically from bigger cities. These youngsters would normally be deprived of knowing the true joys of nature. These youngsters will not only get exposure to the outdoors, but hopefully develop a deep ceded respect for it.

Most of these kids have never been hunting or have experienced as much as a camping trip. This Expo is designed to show them how much pleasure the outdoors can bring. It will teach them the value of nature and what it means to respect the environment.

Activities at this Expo will include, but not limited to, archery, target shooting, fishing, bird watching, gun safety, duck and turkey calling, and dog training. The list goes on and on. These kids will get exposed to all wonders the environment has to offer. This hands on activity will leave the kids with a sense of accomplishment. This hands on approach is by far and away the best method to teach youngsters about the environment.

The W.G.P.A. intends to sponsor this worthwhile event. The organization realizes the importance of not only educating young people in general, but exposing kids who would normally not get the opportunity to encounter such activities.

As a sponsor, the W.G.P.A. will get a booth at the Expo in May. The booth will be manned by W.G.P.A. members. This sponsorship will ally the W.G.P.A. with other organizations that share the same goals and viewpoints. This sponsorship will be a great benefit to the association.

This is a tremendous way to promote the organization and give something back to the community. There is no doubt this sponsorship will be a win-win situation for all involved.
