Instructions:
Heat grill. Rub steak with butter or oil and season both
sides with salt and pepper. Grill steak 2 to 4 minutes
on each side. (Less is better with this delicate meat.)
Saute mushrooms in butter; season with salt and pepper.
Place on top of steak and serve with side of your favorite
vegetable.

- 1/2lb. Mushrooms, quartered
- 1/2tsp. butter or oil
