Bison Steak with Quartered Mushrooms
Prep Time:15 mins Cooking Time:5-8 mins Servings:1-2

Recipe Coments:
Pictured with cranberry chutney and asparagus spears to add color and flavor to this already delicious choice!

Recipe Instructions:
Heat grill. Rub steak with butter or oil and season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill steak 2 to 4 minutes on each side. (Less is better with this delicate meat.)
Saute mushrooms in butter; season with salt and pepper. Place on top of steak and serve with side of your favorite vegetable.




Ingredients:

  • 1package Bison Steak
  • 1/2lb. Mushrooms, quartered
  • 1/2tsp. butter or oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
