Instructions:
Cut the dove off the bone in two halves. Marinade in your favorite marinade. Take one half of the breast, place a slice of cheese and a jalapeno on top. Place the other half of the breast and place it on top the pepper. Wrap in bacon and place a toothpick to hold together. Place on grill and cook till the bacon is done to your liking.
Brush with bar-b-que sauce and cook for about 1 or 2 min. on each side.
Take off eat and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- dove
- pepper jack cheese
- jalapeno pepper
- bacon
- bar-b-que sauce
I like to marinade in beer and dales sauce. I like using honey and brownsugar bar-b-que sauce. It's easier to use thick sliced bacon and wrap the meat so that it covers the meat as much as possible, so that you hold the cheese in. |
